Today in nurture, we started our topic of 'big feelings'. We talked about things that can make us feel stressed and how we can feel calm again.
We made a craft to show this, as we came up with fantastic ideas on how to look after ourselves like taking walks, talking to friends and having hobbies. You can see some lovely pictures of our craft below.
