During our topic of ‘People Who Help Us’ the boys and girls in Room 2 have been learning about nurses and a famous nurse called Florence Nightingale. We have completed lots of research on the work Florence done and how she improved our healthcare today. We’ve found some very interesting facts e.g. the soldiers called her the ‘Lady of the Lamp’. We created our very own lamps today 😊
