In numeracy today we used cusineaire rods (our treasure) to express ourselves and become familiar again with the various colours and sizes of the rods. The children came up with lots of different ideas including smiling emojis,hearts, I love you, their friends names, their homes and toys. Have a look and see what you can recognise, there are certainly some very creative thinkers.😀
