22nd May 2022
Room 4 children continue to enjoy their visits from Ulster Scots and this week, the session was learning about the language and history of certain words! We explored surnames and their origins as well as learning about words such as ‘blether, wean, coup….’ and how they had Scottish descent. We also sang songs in Ulster Scots language!
