This afternoon the boys and girls in Room 3 looked at the real meaning of Christmas. Firstly we enjoyed a short video about the nativity story. We then enjoyed a quick quiz to see who could recall the events from the Christmas story. After all our hard work we enjoyed some nativity colouring, art and word searches.
Our boys and girls did a great job in recalling the events of the nativity story and the true meaning behind Christmas. Each of our children were excited to get involved and shared that Jesus is the reason for the season and he was born so we might live.
We finished off by watching the nativity story told by the Veggietales! Such a great story of a king born to save us.
