The Baby Clinic

P1 have been learning about babies. Through our play we are exploring how babies grow and how to care for them. The children have loved looking at each other’s baby photos to guess who is who. There have been a variety of play areas open. We are taking turns to play in the baby clinic and at the lego hospital. At the writing corner children have been making cards. In the dough and at the craft table they have been exploring families and our puzzles have got us to think about other babies. In the construction area we have been problem solving to make news cots for our babies using 3d shapes.  We look forward next week to learning how to bath baby!
