Room 4 enjoyed another session with Emma today as she promotes our Take 5 aim to 'be active'. They played teams games and completed relay races. Everyone was tired out by the end. Back in class we explored a range of wrappers from foods that we have eaten and enjoyed this week. We looked at the nutritional values and allergen information and discussed which foods we felt were healthier than other.
