Room 4 enjoyed a fantastic morning at Burnavon in Cookstown when they went to see the popular children's author, Stuart Reid. He shared some of his favourite extracts and got the boys and girls involved with helping to roleplay and make the stories come to life. He told us all about being an author, where he gets his inspiration for stories and gave us lots of tips for writing our own stories back in school. We can't wait to start planning and writing our stories now that we have lots of cool ideas 💡
