Room 2 had their first Play Based Learning session with New Row. We read the book ‘Room on the Broom’ at the beginning and then had a session of indoor and outdoor play per group. Activities indoor included writing about the characters from the story, building haunted houses at construction, decorated the small world house, painting autumn leaves and cauldron letters. Outdoor activities included building the broom from the story, making potions, using natural materials to make a wand and natural 3D art.
