To celebrate World Book Day we linked science investigations to some of our favourite books. P6/7 continued their theme of David Walliams by focusing on Gangsta Granny and worked in groups to design and make alarm systems to protect the Crown Jewels from thieves like Gangsta Granny and her grandson Ben. Everyone really enjoyed learning about electrical circuits and worked well in teams to be creative in thinking about how the alarms could be triggered.
