In Roots Of Empathy this week we completed theme one of our programme. We were delighted to meet baby John our ‘Tiny Teacher’ and his mum Tracy. It was wonderful to witness the amazing parent, baby attachment and observe baby John’s feelings, emotions and development. By discussing and reflecting on our observations we were able to make links to our own experiences and feelings. This development of perspective taking and emotional literacy in our children will help them to understand the feelings of others and learn the aspect of Empathy.
We can’t wait to continue our Roots Of Empathy Journey.
