Room 2 have started to participate in a program called Roots of Empathy with Mrs Hammond. During these sessions we will be learning about our feelings and the feelings of others. On Friday, baby Elena and her mummy came to visit our class. We had so much fun observing baby Elena as she explored our classroom environment. We were able to observe baby Elena closely and read the cues she gave to tell how she was feeling. Being able to understand how other people are feeling is called empathy. Being empathetic is such an important quality to have. The children are so excited for baby Elena to visit again very soon!😊
