Party food

P1 enjoyed sharing the story of “Mr Birthday” who loved parties and always ensured jelly was on the menu. We learnt the rhyme “Jelly on the Plate” and decided to explore how to make jelly observing the changes which happen. This lead us to wonder if it was possible to make jelly using just cold water.
