Room 1had a great outdoor play session last week. The children were very eager to sweep and shovel leaves using the wheelbarrow to transport them to cover our minibeast mansion. Great cooperation was shown and they used lots of energy. On their request we brought out the agaility equipment and the kids set up their own obstacle course. The mud kitchen was a hive of activity preparing food for the cafe. The outdoor chalk was also very popular with lots of drawing and mark making. We had some keen gardeners who helped to spilt the leeks. We are not sure if it is too late to do this but we will watch to see if giving each plant more space makes a difference!
