It’s one of our Outdoor Learning weeks in school so we enjoyed getting out today to dig up the beetroots that have been growing in our school vegetable patch. For many (adults too!!), this was their first time seeing beetroot come out of the ground!
Tomorrow we are going to make some tasty beetroot hummus for everyone to try along with some nibbles!
