After an active outdoor PE lesson! Room 1 continued their learning taking their numeracy outdoors. We each collected our own special leaf and compared the size of our leaves measuring with a partner for length. We then took our own leaf and found other leaves which were longer or shorter than our first leaf. Children were able to set these leaves on the ground and order for length. A great activity to promote discussion of length but challenging in a breeze!
