In senior nurture, we have been revising the 5 steps to well-being and how to recognise them in our day to day lives. We then made plans of our week, identifying opportunities to take these steps in our week.
In junior nurture, we also worked on wellbeing, focusing on 'stay active'. We made a craft to remind us of the importance of staying active for our health and wellbeing.
In Infant nurture, we have been focusing on self-confidence and self-identity. We made 'A slice of me' crafts, which are pizzas with each slice showing a part of our identity.
