Room 1 have been having fun in their play exploring fairytales. The first story we looked at was the “Snow Queen” which provided lots of opportunity for role play and exploration of winter weather. The children particularly enjoyed their technology challenge creating their own pop up fairytale puppet. Over the next few weeks we will be looking at the story of Cinderella using this tale to examine what life was like long, long, ago.
