Fair-trade

We are celebrating Fair-trade Fortnight and are learning about the importance of fair trade. We are also making links to rights respecting too as we realise how everyone has the right to an education. 

Each class have taken part in fair-trade activities and we had a very informative assembly taken by eco council members about the plight of female cocoa workers. 

We also had a lovely fair-trade tea afternoon with our parents after the children making fair trade treats this week.
