It was great to have Emma with us today. The weather outside is so unpredictable that we have decided to pause jag tag for a couple of weeks and take part in the energise programme indoors instead. Today Emma reminded us about the different food groups and the eat well plate and she played some fun games to test our knowledge and quick thinking about which category different foods belonged to.
