Room 4 enjoyed carrying out an experiment today as they discovered how an egg floats!
At part of our bird topic we are having some fun with eggs!
We discovered that when we add salt to the water the egg will float as the water had greater density than the egg. Then we tried a few other objects and found the same result.
There was lots of excitement when as we watched the eggs float! After learning about this we discussed and researched information about the Dead Sea which allows people to float!
