The boys and girls in Room 5 created wonderful reports to showcase their learning about our world 🌎 and the impact that humans are having on it. We found out lots about the different biomes that exist on our planet and the ecosystems and relationships within each. We learned about the various plants and animals that call these biomes home and we were fascinated to find out about some of the weird and wonderful ways that they are adapted to the conditions of life in each place. We were horrified to discover the scale of plastic pollution and the impact that this is having on our oceans and to learn more about the causes and effects of global warming and climate change.
We understand that our actions can have a long lasting impact on the earth and we have pledged to ensure that our impact is a positive one.
