P6/7 enjoyed a fabulous workshop today led by Stephen from Speedwell Trust.
In teams they had to work together to create a landing area for a raw egg that would protect it from smashing them using knex kits they build some super impressive bridges and tested their strength using kilogram weights.
There were some brilliant ideas about how to make the bridges stronger and sturdier and everyone worked together really well.
Stephen told us that the record was 12kg and one group today managed to beat that with their bridge supporting 13kg.
