Room 1 are looking this week at Owls these birds are specially adapted to hunt at night. We welcomed a student teacher into class today to complete a science experience with the class. She shared with the children how important it is to wear bright reflective clothing when out at night. Bert (the puppet) challenged the children to make special reflective socks for his teddy friends. The children worked in pairs selecting and taping reflective material to the socks. When finished checked their work using his torch. What a great job everyone 🙂
